The Exhibition component of the conference provides an opportunity for all orientated companies and organizations to promote their services and products.

The Exhibition will be held in a venue next to the plenary session. There are 67 spaces available, each measuring 3m x 3m and will be sold at R16500.00 exclusive of VAT. All exhibition space will be sold on first come first served basis.

Maximum exposure to exhibitors has been carefully planned and lunches and teas will be held in the exhibition hall.

The Official Exhibition Opening will begin on Sunday 2nd November 2008 at the Opening Cocktail.

The Exhibition will be open from daily from Monday 3rd November to Wednesday 5th November 2008.
