For your convenience, the following hotels have been selected as the official ENT 2008 Hotels and special rates obtained.  Bookings need to be made through the Conference Company to obtain these special rates.  Please kindly indicate on your registration form should you wish to make an accommodation booking.

Terms and Conditions:

• All accommodation rates are per person per night, inclusive of bed, breakfast, VAT @ 14%. Rates are exclusive of a 1% tourism levy which must be paid directly to the hotel upon departure.
• All room extras will be for the delegates own account and must be settled with the hotel upon departure.
• Accommodation is booked on a first come, first served basis and is subject to availability.
• A complimentary shuttle service will be provided to all delegates staying at the official conference hotels to the International Conference Centre during the specific times.
• No accommodation will be confirmed or guaranteed  without full p-re payment.
• Cancellations made by the 29th July 2008, 90days prior, will be liable for 50% charge on the first nights accommodation.
• Cancellations made by the 29th August 2008, 60days prior, will be liable for 100% charge on the first nights accommodation.
• Cancellations made by the 29th September 2008, 30days prior, will be liable for 100% charge on the entire stay.
• Hotel Check in is at 14h00 and checkout is at 10h00.

All refunds due will only be processed after the conference
