| Applications to present a paper at ENT 2008 will open in December 2007. All applications to present are to be submitted online by 25th June 2008. No late papers will be accepted. All applicants will be contacted regarding their application by 20th July 2008. All delegates presenting papers are required to submit a full paper and register by 29th August 2008.
ABSTRACT AND POSTER SUBMISSION INFORMATION
- Delegates wishing to submit oral or poster presentations are invited to submit a short summary using the attached format for consideration and inclusion in the academic programme.
- Abstracts can only be submitted online by the 25th June 2008.
- The Conference Secretariat Committee reserves the right to select papers and posters for presentation.
- Abstracts received will be acknowledged and notification of acceptance or rejection will be via email by the 20th July 2008.
- The Meeting rooms are equipped with data projectors and only MS Powerpoint will be accepted.
- Conflict of interest: If the research is funded (partially or fully) by a proprietary organization, a statement to that effect must be included at the bottom of the abstract.
- Please read the submission requirements carefully as submissions will not be changed later. Abstracts will be published as received and no errors by the author will be corrected.
- All presenting authors are required to register and submit full papers by the 29th August 2008.If registration and payment for the congress has not been received by this deadline, the presentation will not be listed in the programme. This measure has been taken to overcome any “no shows” disrupting the programme.
- Please note that presenters will be asked, at the congress to give authorization to upload their presentations onto the Congress Website post congress.
POSTER EXHIBITION PRESENTATION
The poster panels will be no larger than 120cm high and 75cm wide. Please be aware that there is no space for excessive sizes.
Participants are encouraged to make several copies for placement next to their poster, along with their business cards/contact details.

25th June 2008 Deadline for abstract and poster submission
20th July 2008 By then you will be advised whether your submission has been accepted for inclusion in the 2008 Congress Programme.
29th August 2008 Full Papers, Speaker Registration and payment of registration fees must be submitted to the Congress Secretariat.

Title Insert the full title of the proposed presentation. Title should not exceed 15 words.
